My name is Rina Hepworth, I have been living on the beautiful Gold Coast since 1996 and been a Professional Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist since 2002.

Can you tell us about your services and what you offer?

We offer Professional Makeup and Hair Styling for every type of event. Weddings, Photo Shoots, School Formals, Special Events, Calendars and more. Airbrush and Conventional Makeup application are available. One of my Hair Stylists is also a fabulous Hair Dresser.

A mobile service is available and we travel all over the Gold Coast and are able to travel to Byron Bay & Brisbane for a minimum of number of services.

*A travel fee applies for some areas

How early do you accept bookings?

10-12 month in advance at the most.

What is important for couples to be aware of?

Unfortunately not every artist out there has been through a Professional Course or uses Professional products. Sometimes clients will go for the lower price over the experience of another artist. With 11yrs experience in this industry I have heard so many stories of disappointment and wishing they had have spent a few extra dollars.

Why should couples book with you?

We offer a Professional yet relaxed, stress free experience. All of my girls have been hand picked by myself. They have a minimum of 10yrs experience, along with a passion for Makeup and Hair. Not to mention are very friendly and talented. I’m extremely picky with who I will send out to represent my name/business. We never over book clients and each artist is booked for only one wedding per day.

What special advice do you suggest?

Word of mouth is and has always been the best way to find the services you require for your event in my opinion. Vendors in the industry usually have a number of people they highly recommend. I personally only recommend others that I’ve known and worked with for many years.

Advice for Makeup and Hair leading up to your big day. Makeup looks better and lasts longer if your skin is hydrated. Otherwise your skin will take the moisture from the products and end up looking dry.

I recommend having a good skincare regime as well as drinking plenty of water and cutting down on soft drinks (if you drink them) and junk food.

If you plan to start using skincare or are thinking of changing your products, do so at least 6 months prior to your wedding. This gives your skin time to adjust to the products.

We specialize in Wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses and accessories, All of our Wedding Dresses Gold Coast are elegant and romantic, modern, yet staying classic. Whether you’re looking for a sexy and sophisticated sheath or a fantasy ball gown, from size 0- 30, we’ll be sure to assist you find that perfect wedding dress for your perfect day!

How early do you accept bookings?

Usually 6 months – 1 year prior to the wedding date is a great time to purchase your dress to also allow time for any alterations that may be needed.

Our Showroom is sometimes booked out 4 weeks in advance, but bare in mind that our wedding dresses can take aprox 4- 6 month delivery, while we can order in dresses with an express rush order we also supply dresses of the rack.

What is important for couples to be aware of?

Our aim is to educate women on product quality and knowledge as we are competing with online overseas factories.  In our store we hear of so many horror stories of brides buying online. When purchasing a gown from us you know that you are investing in our pride and joy, our high quality gowns will make you look amazing on your wedding day (we believe that your gown has to be perfect, you are only wearing it one day but you will have your photo’s in your living rooms in your home for the rest of your lives)

Why should couples book with you?

Our aim is to provide brides with the experience they deserve when finding their Dream Wedding Dress. No matter what budget, all brides deserve to be made to feel special!

Going back to basics with high level of customer service along with a jaw-droppingshowroom, we humbly look to bring back the Romance and Customer Service to the industry.

We are building our store to support Local, National and International Women and children in need (suffering mental, physical, sexual abuse)

We feel very passionate about the issues of women and children’s right to a safe and fair life, Human trafficking (children being sold into the sex trade)

So please keep in mind when you are considering purchasing a wedding dress from Grace Bridal that not only are you buying a wedding dress, your investment will go on to help others.  

What special advice do you suggest?

As it is great fun to have your family and friends come along to help you pick your dress, we recommend the bride to bring along one or two important people with a valued opinion, we find that in the midst of trying on dresses with a large group, the bride can be conflicted with what she likes with too many opinions, (sometimes the opinions are veryhelpful but sometimes helpers forget that it is all about what the bride loves- as we know that everyone’s taste’s are different and your wedding dress reflects your personality) We want your experience to be fun, happy and memorable.

My name is Kylie Eustace. I created Kylie’s Professional Mineral Goddess make-up, a 100% natural and professional mineral makeup. I am also a Hairdresser and Makeup artist and operate a lovely little, boutique salon in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. I have been involved in the beauty industry for more than 20 years.

Our services include make-up application and hair styling for many occasions; Wedding parties, make-up for large groups, fashion parades, photoshoots.

I also teach make up to individuals, classes and train make-up Artists.

How early do you accept bookings?
I do like brides to book in advance to save the date. We like brides to book 6 to 12 months ahead. We will also take bookings at short notice but obviously only if I or one of my team is not already booked so getting in early is always best.

What is important for couples to be aware of?

Always to be aware of booking the correct dates and venues and thoroughly researching all the wedding vendors work before booking. Double check all details and confirm.

Why should couples book with you?

With over 20 years in the hair and make-up industry, experience and service is what brides can expect from me. I always work with my bride’s style and personality to achieve exactly what she would like. I only use professional quality natural Mineral Goddess make-up that is long wearing, gives exceptional coverage and most of all photographic.

Don’t have a trial until you have chosen your dress headpiece and colors of your Bridesmaids dresses.
